We exist to raise much needed funds for great clubs and charities but if you prefer not to support those great causes we do offer the chance to enter the draw for free using our postal entry. 

You must realise that this will not help the club or charity but still gives you the chance to win the great prize(s) on offer. 

ClubDraws offers an alternative means of entering into our Free Prize Draws. The process for using this alternative means of entry is described in detail below. Just like the paid method of entering into a Prize Draw, this alternative method requires you to accept all our terms and conditions, including the Simple Rules and Privacy Policy for the applicable Prize Draw.

FREE Postal Entry Requirements:

On a blank sheet of paper, or postcard, write or type your full: 

• Name 

• Address (no post office box addresses accepted), 

• City, 

• Post Code, 

• Telephone number (optional), 

• Email address 

•  Charity or club you are supporting. For example, if ClubDraws charity partner is Sheffield Utd the entrant would write, “Sheffield Utd” in very clear writing or typeface, otherwise the entry may be deemed invalid.

We collect all postal entries for our current Prize Draws and enter them into the next available draw.

A maximum of one entry can be made per person, per postcard or envelope received. There is no limit to the number of entries that may be made this way. Once a postal entry has been processed it will be entered into the next available draw.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Postal entries are treated in exactly the same way as paid entries for the purposes of entry into the draw and determining a winner. 

Postal entries have an equal chance of winning as any single paid entry ticket. If a postal entry wins a prize there will be no further purchase or payment necessary to be notified of the win or to receive the prize. If the above steps are not followed as described then a postal entry will be invalid. 

No purchase, payment, or donation of any kind is necessary to enter or win, all entries into a Prize Draw have an equal chance of winning.

You will be notified if your entry is invalid by email or telephone.
