Rugby League Journalist gets much needed oxygen tank

Atherton resident Darren Madigan recently took delivery of his new portable oxygen tank which will enable him to be able to leave his home safely.

Darren is a former rugby league journalist whose health problems have meant he has been unable to leave his house which has a permanent oxygen supply.

This portable supply which fits neatly to his mobility scooter, means Darren will be able to lead a somewhat normal life as part of the Atherton community.
